i bought prickly pear (opuntiaficus-indica) pills from an online health store. it's the same as proactol, but way cheaper to buy it this way. anyway, it really seemed to help with my appetite and i didn't eat as much. i would recommend proactol, but don't waste your money on the brand name stuff, just buy the cactus supplements for a health store.
Proactol is a good diet pill, I lost 10 pounds in about 5 weeks. I also stuck to a strict diet and exercise plan during this time. But I am 60 years young so 10 pounds in not easy for me to lose.
